On February 28/2020 I was flying on Copa Airline from Panama to San Andres, Colombia to my aunt Funeral the agent that was serving at the gate going into plane stop me & was very rude to me telling me I was not getting on the flight if I didn't buy a "Tourist Card " which I did not need, I showed her my Colombian Passport, my Colombian Cedula, and O.C C.R.E. & she still told me she was not going to allow me to get on the flight she embarrass me in front of all the customers & was very rude to me. The time of the flight was at 7:34 a.m. out of gate #132 I did not get her name I was so upset that I forgot to get her name but with my information you can find out who she is. Another agent came by & told me I was free to go on the flight after showing her my documents, if not I would have missed my Aunt Funeral which was so important to me.
