So they did it again, Yes, the Radisson Blue Kaushambi, is one of the worst places to be visited, for any reason you may ask for. Like wise I was here yesterday for a photography shoot for my client, who invited me there to get there memories recorded for lifetime. But to my surprise that, Radisson Blue Kaushambi branch must had improved by some standards by now as what my past experience, I received same digusting, unprofessional, non customer friendly, discriminatory attitude, self obessed brand, unsafe and much to add, as a most disgusting place to be visited. From front desk managers to manager to events, and from floor managers to security managers, non has an hospitality attitude towards guest visiting there place for no matter any reason, like I was there with my team to shoot pictures and video for a wedding. Last couple of years back I filled a complaint realted to there missconduct and discrimantory behaviour tonwards the guest like us, who visit there with there clients invite to capture there precious moments, which later they applogised via mail and telephonic calls, asking me to be compensated for disripect and unprofessional behaviour given to me, through free lunch and dinner for family, which I obviously rejected. From that experience I listed this place to my blacklist and did my best to not visit or grab any membership of Radisson till date for my family nor my friends. But yesterday I was again invited by my guest to visit kaushambi branch for a wedding shoot, and here I am today again dipressed, tortured mentally, harrased physically and restless due to insulting behaviour by all dedicated managers of the Hotel. By my yesterday experience it is evident that Radisson is the worst place to be visited and to be marked as a highlight, a most disrespectful place hospitality industry. Especially the Kaushambi branch in Ghaziabad to be precise. They pretend to showcase as one of the most sophiticated mangement but they are the worst in all category. In last couple of yrs from my experience I rejected all my projects and invite to this place, as its name only gets me uncomfortable. I had to make a mark here again for all to point out the unhealthy practice this hotel is doing, and someway they are disrespecting there guest self respect and dignity. The practice of defining guest, by there profession and disrespectfully presurise them to enter the hotel from back door, parking lot & kitchen area, is totally unacceptable. Places where only hotel staff should be access to is where we are forced to enter the hotel, and again harming my self respect as if we are some different part of society. The worst part is making our bags and equipments opened infront of those who hardly know its worth and sesitivity. Being asked to be checked while getting In from basement and paid parking to getting exit from same messy back door with re check our bags, as if we are thiefs. I give my concern to be checked and inspected while entering hotel, but only from Front entry of hotel, like all prestigious hotels do, not the back door basement door. Disgusting...! And which hotel ask there guest bags to be checked, while leaving from hotel after being there invited to attend a ceremony. This was rediculous and totally unacceptable from me to digest a attitude from any Hotel. The loss of self respect and humilation that I received yesterday and my fellow members is disgraceful for Radisson Hotel and totally unacceptable to my dignity. I pledge not to be part of Radisaon brand in any how and any way in future to protect my Self Esteem. Brands like Taj and others who are much ahead from Radisson has a very gracefull attitude towards every guest and individual entering the Hotel. I never faced any issue ever till date at my age today at 45 yrs, as I had been visiting regularly for my clients as well my own relaxing timeout. But this place (Radisaon, Kaushambi) has a fairy good well trained unprofessional staff hired, to mess up with hospitality industry & its ethics. My remark today may surprise some or may make them agree to the embarisement Im felling now, but this is actual fact this hotel has in its roots. My many good friends and part of hospitality industry in prestigious Hotels, and it came to there surprise & shock, when I shared my experience of Radisson to them. This humilation and Insult has made my night sleepless...! I'll make sure from today, that I strictly BAN Radisson for every occasion, today & further in my life ahead, for all my friends and family events. As to my professional approach ill make sure my client dosent approach this hotel for sure. From now onwards Radisson Kaushambi is strictly NO NO for me on professional & personal front.
