During this Coronavirus period, I am not able to work due to the Company shut downMake sure they have a customer service email directely to them!, and so I requested for deferred payment but Dovenmuehle has requested too many documents to be filled out by myself and my employer which again are not available at this time. I feel that since they have my loan number etc. so I should not have to be put through getting forms filled out first. My request for deferred payments should be sufficient and if more info. Should be needed then they should contact me and work with me to get this completed asap. User's recommendation: make sure there is an email directly to them.
