Due to the tragic events of Hurricane Laura that came on Lake Charles on 8-26 which kayoed my computer, I was not able to contact them via email to stop charging me the $20 fee since they assumed that I was still on their subscription list. I was shocked to learn that the company charged me $20 for the months of September and October. I did contact them asking for a refund. So far they only answered me that they are sorry for my tragic event. But no refund yet. User's recommendation: Buyer beware dealing with this site.
