Attached are two photos of Borax boxes bought in the last several months. I usually buy this product at WalMart or Ace Hardwae stores in Diamond Springs or Placerville, CA. I used to be able to pour the powder out smoothly from the box Now it comes solidified and broken and has to be chopped and is ridiculously difficult. All the boxes I shook at Walmart are obviously filled with broken rock-like chunk pieces! Why doesn’t Dial/Henkel just wax coat the inside cardboard lining of the box or seal it in a plastic bag? It needs different packaging to keep the moisture out!
