Harassment Letter
I received a threatening letter from Premier Parking to turn over an $85 unpaid parking violation for using one of their parking lots in Nashville having not paid for parking. No one in my family had a recollection or a clue what this was related to, and no one recalled having parked in their lot. After digging around and wasting a lot of my time trying to get to the bottom of this threat, it turned out that Premier Parking had entered a typo and it wasn't our vehicle at all. It took a lot of time and aggravation to get to the bottom of their error. Their attitude was that it was a simple typo on their end but didn't understand the aggravation and harassment they caused on my end. It took several phone calls to reach them to even get a live person, and obviously run a scam operation.
