I filed bankruptcy back in 2013, and had a personal loan that I included in that. It has since been discharged, but National Enterprise Systems will not leave me alone. They call my cell phone constantly, they call my work constantly, they have even went as far as to contact my parents, and I have not lived with them in years. I have provided paperwork proving my bankruptcy and they still keep harassing me and say that I am not able to include their loan in with my bankruptcy. It is not a federally funded loan, so why would I not be able to include it in a bankruptcy? Wish I could find a way to make them back off and leave me alone.
