Harassing phone calls.

During Covid shutdown I tried to cancel my membership because they continued charging my credit card without the gym open. I made multiple attempts to cancel through their website but it kept bouncing me back to the beginning after trying to submit for completion. I had to cancel my credit card to stop the payment. They made numerous attempts to get me back offering to wave amnesty on the account if I would come back. I told them this marketing attempt was ridiculous and if they wanted members to come back they should forget the amnesty approach and offer complimentary fitness training or give three months free. Otherwise, I would never come back. Now they have given up on that approach and keep calling me from different numbers telling me I have a past due balance and asking me to make a payment over the phone. I have repeatedly told them not to call me again and stop harassing me. User's recommendation: Do not join with automatic payment deductions!
