Respective sir, I wish to place before you the following matter in which defective tata indigo manza was provided to me by tata motors. I bought my indigo manza (diesel version) on 10th december 2010 (based on satisfactory results from my previous indigo which is still used by me) from hind motors chandigarh under Since the day I bought my new car I was happy as it was manufactured by tata - on of the trusted company in india. But after one month 16 jan 2011 gave me the hint that I have received defective mode when I was going back to my home. the vehicle"s accelerator stop responding all of a sudden when the vehicle is running at 80 to 90 kmph, and this puts my life in a danger and that times I have escaped minorly from accident. I immediately called up on your toll free number and informed about the problem, and then next day 17-01-11 it sent it to hind motors mohali (punjab). I aware them about the problem but after spent the whole day, the problem did not resolve. and I was surprised, they were not able to rectify the problem. and that time the car automatically started up, don’t know how, and I came back to home with same problem, Next day on 18-01-11 the same problem occurred and car stop responding to start, then I called up the breakdown department, they sent the mechanic but he failed to start the car, then they sent the flat bed for toeing the car on same day, then I sent my car to hind motors chandigarh, then they kept my car for 3 days, and after 3 days they said the car is ok, and they have changed the fuel pump but didn’t mention on bill, and they didn’t have in their stock, that’s why they changed the pump with another car owned by company’ s service part manager mr. bansal. this answer gave me again mental tension, it means they can changed any part of new car with another car, nobody can trace the original part, but when I reached near my house again I faced the same problem, I was very upset after 3 days the agency made me fool and harassed me, even the problem was as it is, Again on 22-01-11 the car was not started up then I again called up on toll free number they again sent the flat bed and this time I sent my car to joshi auto zone chandigarh, I gave my car to joshi auto zone for repairing and I handed over on 22-01-11 and on 26-01-11 the agency handed over back my car to me and said the problem was rectify, the cause of problem was air mass sensor, they have changed it, and now car is absolutely ok, I was very happy to know that, But again after 1 month, on 15-03-11 the problem came again with same affect, this time again I have escaped from accident, car stop responding when I was overtaking the another vehicle. next day on 16-03-11 I went to hind motors mohali (punjab) with same problem, after spent whole day they told me the problem is rectified and the problem is egr (exhaust gas regulator), this time they don’t have in their stock and it will take one week, but couldn’t able to satisfy me and again sent the car with problem, I was surprised to know that they were not taking any responsibility for customer” life, Once again on 21-03-11 the car stop responding to start, as usual again I called up on breakdown service and on 22-03-11 they again sent the flat bed to my home, and car sent to hind motors chandigarh, from 22-03-11 till date at least from last one week, the car is standing at hind motors, once again I am only receiving fake promises to rectify the problem, but till date couldn’t get my car back, Three times I have sent my car on flat bed to all agencies of chandigarh and mohali (hind motors mohali, hind motors chandigarh and joshi auto zone) and every time felt embarrass and people asked me about the problem, I found all of them irresponsible and no proper justification was given to me for keeping my car for a such a long time. I really very upset and I have made my mind I will never buy any car made by tata motors. so many times I have escaped from accident, I was lucky that’s why I am safe, but your company ahs already decided to kill me, I don’t want to loss my life, I have a family to support. Only because of your company I am facing harassment, tension and financial loss, I am sending the same letter to my insurance company, if anything wrong happening with my car then the tata motors will be responsible for any accident. I want tata motors to, 1) take action against all mentioned agencies. 2) replace the product or repair it fully to my satisfaction. Otherwise I am going to consumer court, media and tv channels for this injustice and harassment I do hope some action is taken against this complaint.
