i bought 2 150cc scooters yellow/red a year ago from them when they were located down the road from me in frankfort…. they are an off brand but, I love my scooters. I had no issues when I ordered to when I received my order. they didn't have the scooters I wanted in their showroom it was a special order on their website. I had no problems when I went into the store and Tyson helped us with the entire process. I got my scooters in 3 weeks, They gave us a deal on the scooters, too. which made me so happy because with those savings I was able to order matching trunks. I did have an issue with the lights on the one scooter but, I called and they told me no problem bring it in. I did and they fixed it for me ON THE SPOT! I am still happy with my scooters and the guys are very helpful. I actually have had no issues with these since. compared to my brand name ones I had traded those in for the new ones. on another note: They sell a ton of different things like everything! Exactly why I am a returning customer. I went back to the showroom on schoolhouse new lenox the other day and I was just browsing around... well, i bought an over-the-range 1.8cu ft multi-stage cooking microwave. Frigidaire brand. funny I was looking at the same one a day before at best buy and saferwholesale has it and way cheaper than BB.. not to mention the extra deal I got on it... BRAND NEW! I am also looking for a new fridge which I will be returning for when they get it. The 4 door they had was sold and I also want it in the stainless steel just not the new black stainless like the one they had and sold. Matt told me when he gets it in he will let me know and it will be sold! TO ME! I highly recommend giving them a look and try. I know people write bad reviews on them and honestly I don't know why because they aren't bad. and they will work with you (Which is what I look for in a store). I am telling you I am sooo happy with my purchases and I will be a returning customer over and over. Like I said I don't know why people don't shop around and try for a better deal off-brands and brand names. Thank you matt and staff!
