Do not use this company for your new home. I have pictures of my home being built that prove how bad they are at building. I even hired a structural engineer to evaluate my home and it failed. Joe Peterson will argue that info is incorrect but will not provide any information contrary to the engineers finding. This company is horrible! Once we finally got someone from the company to come out to our home their words "im so embarrassed and sorry" but that doesn't fix my house.The company has offered nothing to solve the multiple issues with our home. I ask why they don't use ours for a show home Im willing - why are they not. All I can say is they made building a dream home a nightmare experience. And again, I have the pictures to prove it.
