Hang Up! Won’t cover Preventative for my two kids and husband from Swedish Medical Group…

April 3, 2019, my kids went in for their yearly preventative. It came to a total of $749 + additional lab costs. I thought, it's taken care of. NOT! Swedish tried to bill them twice and both times Adroit said "Not Eligible" What??? I paid my premiums and suddenly when the most basic visit to a doctor is denied. After days of calling and investigating what happened, Adroit said because I didn't continue my policy, they cannot pay the claim/visit. This also happened to my husband for his yearly check up. They also sent out new paper work with entirely new I.D numbers to really confuse matters - no idea why! Bottom line, I paid my monthly premiums and ended the policy on April 19th, 2019. I had the insurance for one year, as we are very healthy and never visited the doctor for any illness. I had to pay loads for my husband's lab fees and now I have a collection for my kids preventative. They constantly change their 3rd party bill handler and you have no idea who you're suppose to speak with. HOW ABOUT A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT TO TEACH THESE *** A LESSON? IT'S THE ONLY WAY. I DON'T WANT TO WHINE ANYMORE. MAYBE I'LL TAKE A FLIGHT TO WHEREVER THEY'RE AT AND SHOVE THE BILLS DOWN THE OWNERS THROAT.
