Hands N Paws HORRIBLE Customer Service

I placed a small order on Dec 1, 2007, imagining I had plenty of time before I had to leave for the holiday. No word beyond the initial confirmation that they received my order. On the 12th, I emailed them to check on the status of the order. No response. On the 14th I emailed them again. No response. I called on the 16th, and spoke to an unhelpful, surly man who suggested I contact "Sandra Henderson" via email with my "complaint." I did so, stating in no uncertain terms I wished to cancel my order immediately, that I approved their $5 cancellation fee, and that if I did not hear from them, they would hear from my attorney. I received THIS email in reply: "Crazy looney toon.. Lol. Like right you have a lawyer. You should need one to keep you out of lock up." I called my credit card company, and the $5 had been charged minutes earlier. Horrible, horrible people. I wish I had read this review before I tried to do business with them.
