Handling of refund

Ordered shoes in a size US 7 rather than UK 7 by mistake and realised I could not afford to return them. I emailed customer service and quickly they told me the situation would be handled. They then reimbursed me completely with store credit in addition to free postage for my next order. Not only this but I was allowed to keep the shoes! Could not be happier with my shopping experience
