My son is handicapped. Developmentally delayed. He was excited over the toy prize he was about to get in his bag of cracker Jack's. He does not own a cell phone. He doesn't understand how to use them, so the piece of paper he found in his bag was useless to him. The promise is a toy surprise. Not a piece of paper! Instead of telling people that they are going to receive a toy surprise, Tell them they are going to get a useless piece of paper. A piece of paper is not a toy!
