Handicap cart still out of service

The motorized cart at Michaels Greenbrier in Chesapeake Va has been out of service for months. Are they ever fixing it? I spend at least a hundred a month on scrapbooking and yarn and have been shopping Joannes because of the lack of accessibility User's recommendation: Shop Joannes.
