I purchased a Prada Handbag on 1/5/2017 at Prada store in London. After few months using the bag, one of its studs which holds the bag's handle came out. I went to a Prada store and they fixed it there really quickly. Few months later, the stud came out again and I took the bag, once again to a Prada Store. This was on November 2017, less than a year after the bag's purchase. I have other Prada's bag and I never had a problem with them. However, with this one it is a different story... In less than a year after its acquisition, I had two problems! To make things worse, since I dropped off the bag at Prada's store in Calgary, I had no news about it. I sent already 3 messages requesting info about the repair but no info on the date they are going to give the bag back. It is a very expensive product (I paid £ 1, 290.00) and the quality seems to be not good at all or at least not as good as Prada's products use to be. I would like to receive back the money I paid or a credit to spend in a Prada store with another bag.
