If you do business with Scott Fistel or the Hurricane Action Legal Team, GET PAID FIRST. We did hours worth of work for this company and they ultimately gave us the finger. They admitted to the debt, then denied it, then admitted that they thought it would be less, then just waited us out until the time for collection had passed. They ASKED for the work to be done. We DID the work and now they don't want to pay. Being lawyers, they know how difficult THEY can make it to collect on a debt so in the end, all I can say is that we should have gotten everything in writing and PAID UP FRONT. BEWARE! Get paid upfront! If you don't after reading this then you get what you deserve.
