Our family has had 3 serious life/death situations since July 2018. As suggested by a disney customer service person, i detailed these events in an email with the hope of getting a refund due to unforseen, unexpected situations. I have sent 4 requests with NO response from Disney. I really doubt after being ignored, that we will return to Disneyland. We had previously gone every year for the past 30 years. I am VERY disappointed.
