Half of product received – wrong parts

I have tried for a month to get the right parts shipped. Now I want my money back. Horrible customer service. Do not purchase from Sunjoy. Now asking Amazon to make good on the purchase or refund me. User's recommendation: Do not purchase from Sunjoy - even thru amazon.
