Half of order sent & Dead PLANTS

I finally received my order, ONLY half of it is there. (my 3 flower and free bulbs) were not includedI have emailed them 6 times. What I did receive looked like someone stuck twigs in a POT OF DIRT. This company is irresponsible and you can't get them on the phone User's recommendation: Report them to BBB. They are pathetic. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS.
