I ordered the pop-up explosion box. Half of the contents arrived, and the other half is no where to be seen. The package was intact so it hadn´t fallen out or anything. So I tried to get in touch with ther "customer service" (at least thats what they call it) but I´ve sent several emails and tried calling them as well but no response. The answeringmachine on the phone gives you a couple of options, press 1 for sales, 2 for shipment etc, but non of the choises works. The message just keeps on looping. I paid a LOT of money cause we have to pay extra taxes and shipment here in Sweden so i paid almost twice the price, all together - feels kinda *** actually but one just has to realize that there is no customer service nor am I getting the missing parts or my money back. DO NOT BUY FRON THEM!! Everything is a scam. Even their "Happy Customers-selection" is bogus.
