Came on Thursday to get me and 2 kids hair cuts. My sons turned out perfect!!! My daughter was just a trim. Mine I pointed one spot didnt see all the rest and assumed she got it. Get home to straighten my hair cuz I just told her not to worry about it and leave it wavy. I get home that day and straighten my hair to find my under cut Im growing out was not even at all. And now Im outside the salon I came to and they are closed!! And cant seem to get ahold of anyone or even corporate for that matter!!! I try to call to see if they are in the back and they are not even there and they dont even close for another 2-2.5 hrs!! Wth!! I am so livid, all I wanted was them to fix the issue on hand! If not then I want my money back so I can go somewhere else to have it fixed!
