Hair samples

About thre weeks ago I called and ordered 4 haircolor samples so I can order 2 or 3 wigs depending on the color to match my costumers who are going thru cancer.Every week they come in with tears in their eyes, I have to tell them THEY DID NOT COME IN YET.I was told it takes 7 days.this is not good business. Im very upset, Sabine Everett at Headz UP Salon . PLease contact me in regards of the hair samples.
