I went in asked for list ash blonde highlights. (white ash). he had a girl paint my roots and said I nEeded root shadowing, which I have never done before. when I got home all my roots and temples of skin where orange. I went back for correction and they tried to bleach out the orange and then turned my hair orange. they cut my hair off and destroyed it also. and then he said come back and now its a green brass colour and I told him please dont make me brass. he laughed and thinks its funny and was bullying me and said if I want it fixed to pay him more money and I already paid 250 for them to destroy my hair. it was the owner carmen who did this to me!!!!!!!! DONT GO. they boast premium service and charge over inflated prices.
