Had two meals recently that were not good food. First was chicken Marsala which was rubbery and very disappointing. Then just last week I got the Salmon which was extremely over cooked and very dry.

When you pay $20 for salmon or chicken meals, they should taste great. Something has gone wrong with the cooks it seems? I was only able to down a few bites of the dry and over cooked Salmon which is one of my favorite dishes. Just ate salmon the week before at Bonefish and it was extremely good as usual. Currently planning on skipping Carrabbas and just visiting your Bonefish Restaurant. I did take photo of Salmon. User's recommendation: Get someone better experienced at cooking Salmon.
