Some days ago I bought a pack of lemons from Costco Croydon and despite they were looking good at the time of purchase they were not good to eat once i cut them as they appeared to have been previously frozen. This is not the first time that it happens. I had a similar problem with other food items. I have been a Costco customer for over 10 years but due to these issues I now have to be extra careful and maybe not to buy some food items. User's recommendation: Make sure you do not freeze your vegetables/fruit products.
