Had to cancel and go to a store during Coronavirus isolation request

Ordered items needed to medicate a geriatric and badly arthritic pet. Ordered Saturday morning, March 21. As of 11:00 am on March 24, the website could not find the order when the order number and zip code were entered in the order search page. Called to cancel and go to a store when we are all supposed to stay home, and I am in a vulnerable group. The phone rep showed absolutely no concern and offered no apology. User's recommendation: Avoid.
