Ha! These damn people are a trip, I talked to them about a letter I received from them to setup payment arrangements and they told me that there is no way they could do this, I told the guy that I spoke with someone else and they said they would,he said he would put in his system as Refusal to pay" I said great! Until I can get the correct information, I will put in my reminder to Refuse to pay Incompetent, rude *** customer service reps at Procollect, its my debt and ill pay it the way that is convenient to me and my pocket.
