H350 broken in warranty

Hello I have a broken Hyundai H350 that is in warranty. The care was bought from Romania and it got broken in Saint Etienne in France. It got broken 5 days ago and now the service is telling me that I have to wait at least 1 more week until they will receive the broken part. They also told me that maybe it will take more then one week, can be also one month. Is it normal to stay without the car 1 month? With a car in warranty, in a different country without acomodation and food?
