I ordered some H.Upmann Fumas and were not statisfied; they were difficult to draw and the taste was not to there normal standard. I contacted a clerk and he told me to obtain a return label and sent them back. I returned the packet of H.Upmann Fumas per your return label. They were sent back on 8 May 2019 . Tracking showed they were received by Thompson on teh 14 of May 2019. I still have not received credit to my Visa Card!! Your return phone number is bogus, I have been waiting on hold for 30 Minutes!!!
