I'm not certain that this is the right place to complain about my problem but here it goes. I have been using your tax program for many years. Not once have I recieved a program in the mail that starts at less than $24.95. On the other hand my daughter gets a program in the mail that starts at $9.95 and she has not been using your programs that long. My husband and I are both retired and on a fixed income. Why cant I get a break on price? I do know that I can file through the website, but thats not what I want to do. Thank you Sara Bechetti
