My Whole Tax Refund of $4027.00 went into Amazon cards which I did not request. Their customer service is useless and transferred me to over 4 departments and no one can help. I need reversal of this transaction. I phoned the IRS and they cannot do anything about it. I phoned Amazon to see if they could help and they advised that only HR Block can help. I am very frustrated and will never use them again. They are a scam!
