Same thing happened to me like the previous reviewer. Ordered my 2 bags of shakeology also February 23rd, money went through and never received my order. I also emailed them multiple times. First excuse was their warehouse was being moved and would delay my order by 2 weeks! 2 weeks later, I emailed them and they said it would be another 2 weeks. Still nothing. Emailed them back. They said their website went down for "scheduled maintenance". Don't know how a website being down would delay my shipment. I can't reach them now and will not get my money back since it was an authorized purchase. Learn from my mistake and don't order from them!
