Gutter-Dome unreliable service

I had Gutter-Dome installed in March of 2017 and for the first 2 years they eventually responded to my calls for service. This has nut been the case since then. From 2/2/18 until 8/14/18 I have called for service 15 times and have never received a call back. If anyone...
