Would someone please reply to my customer service ticket. You have mis sold and do not appear to be responding to requests for a refund. If you purchase a pack stating specific contents, this is what you expect to receive, not a bunch of other items. Also, the Apple invoicing is not correct. I purchased 2 x £9.99 packs and 2 x £4.99 packs. The Apple invoices came through for 3 x £9.99 packs. This is actually one penny more than I authorised. Small amount I know, but it should never be possible to be invoiced for more money than you authorise. This is fraud. Please reply to me. You have not included a means to reply to me in this complaint ticket so no idea how you will contact me. As it is public I am not willing to include email address. Is this the extent of the customer service?
