Ordered this for my wife. Did not realize is was NOT new. Returned for refund but they only give credits. This is terrible company. It doesn't mention upfront these are used items or that you can not get refund only credit. Will consider class action lawsuit against them. Have ordered THOUSANDS of item in 30 years using Mastercard and have NEVER had such difficulty with ANY company.
