I bought a leather sofa and loveseat from Meier and Frank in April 2005. I also bought the leather protection plan for $159.99. Just recently noticed a few nicks in the seat and called to make a claim. I was told that because I did not call within 5-10 days that they could not help me. The warranty is a five year plan. Nothing in the paperwork from the store mentions submitting a claim within a certain amount of time. Should not have wasted the money!
