This company deserves zero stars! Beware! This company has delivered 2 separate pkgs to my home recently and just set them on the front porch without the common courtesy of ringing the doorbell to alert me of the deliveries. The first pkg sat on my porch for 2 days before we discovered it and the second pkg was a paper envelope that was not even secured under our front door mat and could have blown away. I contacted GSO to bring this to the attention of a supervisor named Hugo and was shocked at his attitude and response. He said that because no signature was required GSO was not obligated to ring the doorbell. GSO's actions not only show a lack of common sense but also show a lack of customer courtesy and care in handling items shipped via their company. I have alerted the businesses who shipped the pkgs thru GSO so they are aware of the careless nature and lack of concern of GSO's handling of their shipments to me. If you are concerned about the the delivery and handling of pkgs you ship to your customers, I suggest using a company other than GSO. GSO has shown they do not care. I now can see why they have a one star rating!
