TERRIBLE experience. We're 60yrs old, with an 803 credit rating. The treatment we received from these, uh....people, we felt like we had the credit rating of a 21 year old again!! We quickly sent any documents Loan Officer@GSF asked us for. They repeatedly asked us for the same docs a 2nd time-The same Docs we had already sent once!! wtf.... Did they lose them? Who knows?? It quickly became apparent that "Christy" was VERY inexperienced. It was later confirmed by senior GSF loan officer that "Christy" was, indeed, "in training"!! This training is done at MY expense!!!! That said, I certainly hope she's a mighty quick learner!!!
