Groupon had visits left need to look up?

I signed up for a groupon I used it in Boca FL I believe I have 3 visits left but cannot call that studio because they are closed. I wanted to see if I could use those visits at another location in Pompano FL? But the studio in pompano said they cannot look it up in their system?
