I have been dealing with Synchrony bank dispute center very incompetent and wortless service, its been since February 12 2021 when I have an unresolved issue with Groupon, Syncroncy dispute center did not followed up wasted time and basically drop the ball in my case, the reps unfortunately are unable to help since there dispute center allegedly has no contact or anyone to follow up with the whole thing is a pure sham. Very disappointed since this is the first time I dispute a charge thru my credit card very bad service.
