I called to customer service to discuss a discrepancy with the terms of my purchases that was agreed upon with each sales person and by billing statements/payments. GARY SHORT, who identified himself as a CSR corporate manager was RUDE, unprofessional and inconsiderate. GROSSLY poor customer service. I asked to speak to his manager. Told me that he does not have one and HUNG UP!!!! User's recommendation: DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE A DIME OF YOUR MONEY. They do not know how to treat people.
