I was going to order the grill but it didn't come with a lid. So I backed out of the screen it would not let me cancel there at all I did not complete or submit the order. The next I know I get a text saying thank you for your order. I went on line to customer service three time and requested a cancellation with no response tried calling the number could not get through. So the grill arrives I opened it it did not come with the griddle like it said on TV. So I'm charged 80.00 for it when I could get one with griddle cheaper else where. So I'm returning it now. I just hope they refund it better than they handled the unnoticed cancellation. User's recommendation: Be careful of online ordering.
