The company was contracted to be at my house to move me at 9:00 am on a Thursday. At 9:35 I texted them to see what the problem was. They said the move time had been changed to 10:00. Not a huge problem, but no one informed me. At 10:40 they called said they didn't have a truck available and they couldn't move me until Saturday! All my clothes, food, everything was packed in boxes and they can't come for 2 days?!?!?! This move has been booked for months. I got on the phone and found a company who is coming tomorrow. Griffin Moving does not stand behind what they promise, they are unprofessional, and if you want the job done in a timely manner, you will NOT call them.
