I had to pay the amount taken from my credit card because otherwise I would continue to pay interest monthly on the £800 deposit. So done with these fraud. I even contacted Comonaiea house to file a complaint but they said they were notThe ones to contact. When I arrived i was told that the car i had booked was no long er available but they would upgrade me. The car they gave me had a large dent in the front left side of the car. and large scratches all over the vehicle. That said it was acceptable because they had no other cars and the price was low. When i returned the vehicle one week later after making extremely sure not to scuff the wheels or cause any damage at all. i dropped the car off 10 minutes prior to them opening the rental office and left to catch my early morning flight. One month later i get a bill for £500 for a chip in the middle of the windshield. IT was definitely not there when i left the vehicle yet even though i argued the case they refused to return my £800 deposit until i had paid the damages. Reluctantly i di. It is now nearly a month and half since I paid. I sent two emails to ask for my deposit to be returned and have yet had a reply or had my money returned. Don't use them They are scam artists.
