They were not easy to contact - always had to be via email which is slow. Three times I asked the tenants be evicted for smoking (it was a non-smoking rental), failure to pay rent on time, suspicious illegal activity (police were called several times), and aggressive behavior toward neighbors and other tenants. At the critical moment of trying to evict, I was canceled from their contract. I am now stuck with dead beat renters.
