Great windows, terrible communication from installers and managerment

Had an installation scheduled and the date came and no call to confirm. I called the supervisor and was told he would have the installer call me with a time. Never heard from an installer and mysteriously received a voicemail stating they would arrive around 4:00pm. At 5:40 it was getting dark and I called the supervisor again and of course got his voicemail. I left a detailed message and never heard back from him. The installer finally called me to tell me he wasn't coming out that day. The next day no one called, so I called the office and left another message for the supervisor's supervisor, I never heard back from him either. The next day I called again and spoke with the production supervisor and related the whole story and then basically said okay I will put you back on the schedule. These people have no concept of customer service or communication. I guess it's nice to have so much work they do not need to worry about one customer. I have used them in the past and been pleased however I do not think I will given the lack of empathy for an upset customer.
