Great!! Store....Great products!!….Management skills a BIG "0"....The entire management needs more training or more CS skills. I'm retired military, been all over the world, Never have I seen poor CS skills in a respectable business such as this!! Problem arose after waiting for a product for over 6 months!!! asking the management for assistance!! talk with 4 in management even the DM, and it was never solved nor checked on or called back on. After months of waiting to get the product, I was told they could get the product, the price of receiving the product, and when the product would arrive. 3 days later management tells me the product they previously quoted me would be sold to me at a higher price!!! thx Atwoods great CS, after waiting 6 months on your product you try to sell that product to a valued customer at a higher price!! User's recommendation: Go to a store that respects the coustomer and honors what they say!!!
