BEWARE OF JUDY JONES!!! We used Judy Jones of The Realty Store and Great Smoky Investments to manage our rental properties. Rents and monthly statements were paid late or not at all. After numerous management issues, we cancelled our contract per our agreement and requested the return of our security deposit and our tenants security deposits. She never responded to our letters so we took her to court. We won and were awarded a judgment. It has been over a year now and we are still waiting for payment of the security deposits that were supposed to be held in a separate escrow account per TN law.
